What are the benefits of being a Member? We enhance the selection with links to fee-based sources and sites to make our Members' Area as comprehensive as possible. During the registration process you will be presented with great offers from our sponsors. With so many great offers to choose from we think you'll find offers here that you really like!

What are the membership requirements? We will never charge you a fee for our services. You do need access to the Members' Area of our website, however, and to gain free access you must do the following: (1) read and agree with the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of our website; (2) register using true and accurate information; (3) complete our sponsors' survey; and (4) accept our sponsors' free offers as indicated at the end of the survey. No purchase is required.

How quickly can I have access to the Members' Area of this site to view and use the links in the Members' Area? After you complete the survey and free offers and get the Password on the last page, you will be able to access our Members' Area instantly. All of the resources are linked to in our Members' Area, so there is nothing to wait for in the mail.

Is your site for US residents only?  At this time, our site is for US residents only. We work with various sponsors and our sponsors may have geographic requirements for their offers. Generally our sponsors accept users from the US. Please also note that our services are available only to persons over 18 years old.

I have some resources I'd like to submit to your Members' Area. How do I do that? We are always looking for new databases, resources and search sites to add to our Members' Area.  To submit yours, please contact us.

Why are you giving away access to your Members' Area for free, rather than charging for access? One of the founding principles of the internet community is that everyone should have easy access to a wide variety of information. We believe in that philosophy, and we are striving to help fulfill it. Is there a way to join your site without taking the survey and your sponsor's offers?  At this time, the only way to join our site and access our Members' Area is by taking the survey and our sponsors' free offers, and getting the Password on the last page.

Are there any copyright issues I should be aware of regarding usage of the databases, resources and sites in the Members' Area? We purchased distribution rights to our downloadable files, or acquired them from the public domain. We also have a process to address any copyright issues that may arise. Please see our Terms and Conditions for Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) compliance details. Our Members' Area provides you with links to databases, resources and search sites that are owned by others. By joining our website you are not obtaining a license to use any materials found on third-party websites. The materials found at each linked website may be subject to copyright and may be downloaded, copied and used only in the manner allowed by the third-party copyright owner or as otherwise posted. Many of the third-party websites allow users to download or save certain materials for personal use, while others impose strict rules about what can and cannot be done with their materials. Each of these third-party websites have individual Terms and Conditions. You are solely responsible for reading and abiding by all such third-party Terms and Conditions, and otherwise complying with copyright laws.

What about trademark issues? As with copyrights, each database, resource and search site to which we link has its own trademark usage policies. Please check the Terms and Conditions for each one. You are responsible for following the policies that are posted at each linked site.

How often do you update your Members' Area? We make every effort to keep our Members' area as current as possible. Because of the nature of the internet, offers and resources are subject to change without notice. If you find a broken link or other error in our Members' Area, we would appreciate it if you would let us know. Thank you!

Will I be notified of any updates to your Members' Area? We currently do not notify members of updates, but please feel free to visit our site as often as you like.

Is your website available in languages other than English? At this time our website is only available in the English language. However, we are planning to add additional languages as soon as it is possible for us to do so.

Can you tell me more about your sponsors? We are fortunate to have major sponsors advertising on our site, and that is how we are able to provide our service to you 100% free. All we ask is that you answer the sponsors' surveys and offers as honestly as possible. Our sponsors are very interested in helping create a positive user experience for you.

How do I ask for removal of materials or resources that I think infringe on my rights?  We do not knowingly provide links to resources, websites or other materials that violate the intellectual property rights of third parties.  If you object to the linking or posting of materials on our website, please see our Terms and Conditions for further instructions.  We will disable or remove links or materials that we believe may violate the rights of third parties.  Similarly, if you are a website owner and prefer that our website not include a link to your site, please notify us and we will promptly remove the link.

How can I unsubscribe from commercial email? To unsubscribe from our commercial email list, please Click Here. When you place your email on our suppression list, your email address will be added to a suppression file so that within 48 hours you will no longer receive commercial emails directly from us. We also share email addresses with sponsors and other selected companies (see our Privacy Policy).  Placing your email address on our suppression list will not stop email delivery from any company other than Polaris Media. To opt out of receiving any email offers from anyone other than Polaris Media, please follow the opt out instructions provided in the email you receive from that company. 

Why do you ask for my phone number?  Some of our sponsors and others with whom we share information may wish to reach you by phone (see our Privacy Policy).  By becoming a member, you are agreeing that they may call you, even if you are otherwise on a do-not-call list.
